Returns & Refunds
We are a small, dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. Due to the nature of our operations, our ability to accept returns and/or exchanges is limited and subject to specific criteria as outlined below.

Products must;

be in brand new condition and returned in the original packaging

not have been installed, damaged, or used in any way that will affect its resaleable condition

​be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery

Note: Regardless of reason, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Inspection & Return Acceptance
All returned items will be thoroughly inspected prior to acceptance and issuance of a refund. ​Any damage to the product (e.g. scratches, bends, etc.) will render the item non-resaleable resulting in an unsuccessful return. If the product is deemed to be in non-resaleable condition, the buyer is solely responsible for any and all shipping costs associated with returning the products back to them.
All returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.​

You agree to indemnify and hold Nyxon Mods, along with its affiliates, team members, and representatives, free from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses—this includes reasonable legal fees—that may arise due to injuries, damages, or unforeseen outcomes involving these products. This includes, but is not limited to, any changes in vehicle performance during a collision.
